Jorge Talavera holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree from ESAN Business School. Previously, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from the National Engineering University (UNI).

He has more than 30 years of experience in prestigious national and international educational institutions, 21 of them as rector. In the past, he founded the USIL Graduate School and became the organizer of its first MBA with a double degree, and then served as the rector of the university.

Philip Hsin has over three decades of investment banking and investment management experience in the US and across Asia Pacific. He was most recently a managing director at PGIM – a global investment management firm. He also held senior positions at Capital International, Barclays Global Investors, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Born in Cambodia and a refugee to the US, Philip is now a Singapore citizen and a father of two. He is currently a co-founder of a Chinese vocabulary application company and will be publishing his first book in late 2024. Philip also serves as a non-executive director on several boards. Philip is a member of the Panel of Community Advisors to Honour (Singapore), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting a culture of honor and honorable behavior for the well-being of Singapore.

He earned a BS in finance with a minor in behavioral sciences from Oregon State University and an executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Achmad Adhitya got his bachelor’s degree on Civil Engineering from Brawijaya University – Indonesia. He continued his study to University of Kiel – Germany in Coastal Engineering for his master’s degree. He has the opportunity to work In Institute for World Economic in Kiel under Professor Federico Foders to develop mitigation risk plan in tsunami risk region. He continued to complete his doctorate’s degree in University of Leiden in Marine Science. Adhit has the opportunity to present his work in front of Prince Willem Alexander (Now King of the Netherlands) on spatial ecology. His work is essential to explain natural restoration of coastal region in the Netherlands. Adhit also received Indonesian Diaspora Awards by Indonesian government that recognized his work to establish international platform for Indonesian Diaspora and Ford Foundation fellow for GLS 2016 in Georgetown University. In 2013, Adhit has returned to Indonesia to work as partnership manager for MCA- Indonesia which he managed to raise funding for USD 35 million through partnership with industries in Indonesia.

Currently, Adhit holds many positions in Indonesia, such as: senior manager for sustainable sourcing in Unilever, vice chancellor of UNU Yogyakarta, vice chairman of The Habibie Centre for IDST, core team of MIT REAP Java in Massachusetts Institute of Technology and chairman of Alumni Connect of Indonesian students.

Dr. Ahmed is a seasoned Government Experience strategist with a proven track record in government transformation across the UAE. As the Director of Strategy and Excellence at the Sharjah Private Education Authority, he brings over 16 years of professional experience spanning education, government service development, service delivery, customer experience strategy, research, and consultancy. Ahmed has successfully led numerous initiatives in the UAE government, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Passionate about giving back to the community, Ahmed also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE. There, he focuses on building capabilities for the next generation and teaches business analytics.

Ahmed holds a Ph.D. from the International Business School at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (IBS-UTM) and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt.
